QUALIFICATION FOR A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT: Gallery Leather requires any business requesting to open a wholesale account to possess a valid resale certificate that must be supplied to us prior to their first order being submitted and shipped. This certificate can be faxed or e-mailed.
CATALOGS AND SAMPLES: Samples will be charged at wholesale prices plus shipping but may be returned within 45 days for a full refund or deducted from the invoice on opening orders.
